Mandi Smith of Ransom Church in Sioux Falls, SD will join us to talk about how to get a resident up to speed and what they actually are going to do once they are on your team. Mandi is a ministry veteran who has architected and led residency programs for staff and church planters. She has studied at Wesley Seminary and was formerly on staff at Fountain Springs in Rapid City, SD.
