The Masterclass lives up to its name by providing both the information and the inspiration for starting/continuing/tweaking an incredible Residency program.   • Anyone who is architecting a residency program, already leading one, or looking to take an internship experience to the next level.

    Any staff who lead or will be leading an intern or a resident.

  • A typical schedule will be
    Day One and Two:
    9a - 4p Training with coffee, snacks and lunch provided

    Day Three:
    9a - Noon

  • All aspects of a residency program including but not limited to: funding, launching, recruiting, onboarding, HR and legal issues, pay scale, job descriptions, how to have developmental conversations, the Lp Core 20 competencies, check points, the Lp framework of mental health, ownership, best practices, and more

  • Absolutely! Do a deeper dive and get questions answered! You can be a resource for others and network with your ministry peers from across the country.

  • A normal Lp partnership is over two years in length and is grounded in monthly coaching. This gathering is an intensive 2.5 days of training all about how to start a residency to recruit, support and develop the next generation of leaders for your team.
