The GuideBook v3.0

Because of some generous donors, we were able to finish up the third version of the GuideBook. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Up to this point, each edition has been electronic or “print at home.”

The GuideBook is our coaching manual that church leaders use with their residents. The content of this book is centered around the core-twenty soft skills that we focus on with residents.

This latest version includes expanded tools to use and resources to complement every resident’s growth.
