Every year we gather residents, their coaches and supervisors for a fall kick off. This year, like most things, our kick off was 2020’d so it was all slammed together on Zoom.

One of our residents, Gabby, tells her own story (20:00 minute mark) of her aggressive move cross country from Virginia to Denver to pursue residency.

We have some encouragement from several different leaders who’ve gone through residency and lived to tell about it. And then of course, we have some bloopers (36:00 minutes in) you don’t want to miss…cause what’s a good video without some bloopers.
